Download the setup and patch from the link above then apply crack after installing both.

Instructions:

1. copy the element.aex to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC (Your Version)\Support Files\Plug-ins\VideoCopilot and overwrite the file there. 
2. boot up After Effects and then open any project, and on the top horizontal menu click Effects > Video Copilot > Element. 
3. You will immediately get a popup, and one of the options towards the bottom is to provide a license file, click that button, and then select the ElementLicense.license file that was part of the crack. That's it.
